Lennon wall, Prague.

Prague, Czech Republic:

In 1988, young Czechs would write grievances with their Communist government on the wall. This led to a clash between hundreds of students and security police. Described ironically as “Lennonism” Czech authorities described these people variously as alcoholics, mentally deranged, sociopathic, and agents of Western capitalism. Now home to various graffiti and Beatles lyrics.
